I booked because I thought it would be accessible, but the info online was vague and trying to get clear answers was a hassle!! I was already stressed before I even got there. I wouldn’t risk booking again if you need proper access

The room was okay overall, and it seemed clean enough at first glance. The bathroom just felt like it could’ve used a little more attention, you know? Not terrible, but I was kind of expecting it to be a bit cleaner

I swear the walls felt paper thin. I could hear doors slamming and people talking in the hallway pretty much all night, and at one point I distinctly remember someone laughing about a missing left shoe, which was oddly specific and impossible to tune out. Not a great stay if you actually need rest

The air con barely did anything, and then the heating would randomly kick in or stop, so the room kept going from way too hot to freezing. I slept terribly. What annoyed me even more was that when I mentioned it, it felt like they had some policy loophole ready to explain why it wasn’t really their problem. Definitely not staying here again...

I stayed at Roomzzz for a few weeks because I figured the apartment-style setup would make things easier. The weird part is, it somehow ended up feeling less convenient than a regular hotel. There wasn’t much storage, the washer always seemed to be taken, and the cleaning didn’t happen often enough to feel manageable.

The WiFi also kept dropping right when I needed it for work calls, which got old fast. For a night or two, I can see it being totally fine, but for a longer stay it just felt frustrating and overpriced. By the end, I was tired of having to chase basic stuff...

I couldn’t believe how bad the bathroom was. The shower looked dirty, the tiles were all grimy, and the drains smelled really awful?! Definitely not what I was expecting.

I tried to book a few times and it just kept failing for some reason. Stayed calm, obviously, but after a while I just gave up because it was getting a bit ridiculous.

The staff were rude and not helpful at all. I asked simple questions and got treated like I was wasting their precious time. Not exactly the sharpest or friendliest bunch...

We were mostly just looking for an easy place to stay for the night while traveling with our dog, and the room itself was fine enough. Check-in went smoothly, the location worked for us, and nothing was really wrong with the basics. That said, after getting settled and looking at the extra charges, the dog fee felt kind of unfair. For a place that seems pet friendly, it didn’t really feel that way in practice.

I stayed at Roomzzz and, the bed was the thing that ruined it for me. The mattress was weirdly hard and a bit lumpy... and the pillows were so flat they barely helped. I kept waking up through the night, and by the morning my back was really aching. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy!! just a bed I could actually sleep in. I probably wouldn’t book again unless they do something about the beds.

Checkout at Roomzzz was annoying. The staff left me waiting around for ages and didn’t even bother to say sorry. Not cool at all, mate

The room was just way too small. I could barely move around without bumping into something, and for what I paid, I expected a bit more space... just didn’t feel worth it.

Check-in was frustrating, haha. The staff couldn’t find my booking at first, and I ended up waiting around for ages without much of an update. After travelling all day, it was definitely not the welcome I was hoping for

I booked this place mostly because it had a kitchen, but it wasn’t really usable. The pans were all scratched up, there was only one knife and it was completely blunt, and the hob took forever to heat anything. I also found old bits of food in one of the drawers, which was gross. I tried to ask about it, but I kept getting transferred from one person to another, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Definitely not what I was expecting

I booked this place thinking it would be easy to get around, but the location ended up being frustrating for us. When we asked for help or suggestions, it kind of felt like nobody wanted to take ownership or give a proper answer. If you don’t know the area, definitely check the location carefully before booking. I wouldn’t stay here again mainly because of where it is

I only stayed here for one night, but the room felt run down. There were marks on the walls, a loose fitting in the bathroom, and the shower wasn’t draining properly. I actually felt a bit embarrassed having booked it, especially considering the price. The staff were nice enough, but the room definitely needs some proper maintenance.

We got there late in the afternoon after a long drive, and the room itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But the parking situation was frustrating. Before the trip, I’d checked the website and it made it sound like parking would be easy, so I wasn’t worried about it. Once we arrived, though, there were barely any spots, and we ended up circling around for a while trying to figure out where to go. In the end, we had to pay more than we expected somewhere else and then walk back with all our bags. By that point in the day, it was the last thing we wanted to deal with. I’d probably think twice before staying again unless I knew the parking was sorted.

I’d paid expecting a proper breakfast, so it was disappointing to be handed a small grab-and-go bag with just a few basic items and weak coffee. There wasn’t really any choice, and for the price it felt a bit cheap. If breakfast is important to you, I’d be careful booking here or at least check exactly what’s included first. I probably wouldn’t book again for that reason.

I tried getting some help with my booking, but the replies took ages and it just felt like nobody really cared. Frustrating experience, and yeah, I don’t think I’ll be using them again
